My mother has a 12 year old Jack Russell with health issues and is no longer able to jump up on the bed to sleep with her. I have tried other brands of steps without success. This is lightweight & easy to assemble. My 91 year old mother can easily move it around and the dog walked up the ramp after working with him only a couple of times. I just received this yesterday. It was easy to put together, is very sturdy, not heavy so it is easy to move around and I feel comfortable with my little doxie using it. She doesn't mind walking up but getting her to go down will take a little bit of training. I think this product is well worth the money.

This ramp is fine for dog without jumping issues. My 5.5 pound dog (15 years) is having issues with steps and I thought this would be perfect, but getting up to the ramp is like jumping a full step (pic is deceiving on just how high this jump is) so I had to return. BTW AMAZON RETURN WAS PAINLESS! THANK YOU!

If the ramp were designed to be easier to get on and even less landing to reduce the incline, it would be helpful for senior animals with joint issues. Hint, hint Pet Gear!

If you have a agile animal, this would be lots easier to vacuum and was well made and nice looking compared to others I have seen.
