My dog loves this! She gets super stoked when she sees me take it out for her to play with. I combine a level 1, level 2 & this level 3 Trixie game, & it keeps her busy for a bit. I am a professional dog trainer & recommend interactive games to my clients, and Trixie makes by far the coolest & most durable (unless you have serious chewers or highly destructive dogs). This one is pretty difficult, so unless your dog is beyond food motivated, opt for a level 1 or 2 to pique your dog's interest in puzzle games first, otherwise your dog may give up. A super fun toy, especially if your dog enjoys nose work.

This toy is interesting, but my basenji puppy is a strong biter so he is causing a lot of damage on the corners of the black plastic board, and on the "handle". Because the board is too light, he figures out some of the "drawers", but eventually gives up and starts to hold the whole board in his mouth and throw it on the floor, that way, all the remaining "drawers" open with the impact. Also, sometimes he pushes the yellow drawers to the "in" side, so he smells the treat through the "holes" and pushes the drawers back out with his tongue, instead of using the "red handle". I still think it's fun to watch him figuring out how this toy works and it keeps him busy for a while. I'd say if it was cheaper, I would highly recommend it.

The toy was missing parts when I received it. No pegs came in the box as advertised. The game works and my dog enjoys it. Just upsetting to receive the game not in full. To get the parts that were missing I was going to have to ship it back at my own cost and for them to ship me a new one.

My dogs are getting crazy for this toy. They get already excited when they see me with the color box in my hands. The introduction clip on the internet and producer webside is also fantastic. Thumbs up for this toy!

Bought it tonight and my dog figured out in no time that she can get the treats out by picking up the board on different sides, so that the cones fall off and the little boxes slide out.
And since that works pretty well, she's not motivated to try the other way that the game is supposed to be played.
They told me that I can return in within 30 days, if it's in resalable condition, but unfortunately her teeth scraped it on all sides from picking it up.
Every dog is different, so I'm not saying that it isn't a good game. But it's not so good for my dog
