I don't like leaving bad reviews because it makes me feel as though I'm too fussy but honestly this carrier is one of the worst ones I have ever seen in my life!
The plastic is so paper thin and flimsy that I wouldn't even carrier a toy/stuffed animal in there if I had to. One of the plastic clips to hold the sides together was also missing and I could probably go on, on how bad this carrier is.
I returned this immediately and for anyone that cares for their pets safety and well being I would NEVER recommend this.

Love the design of the crate, the petting door on top is great to be able to reach and give the cats some love but it is small enough that even my smaller cat cannot escape out of it. The storage compartment for food/water dish is very handy too. This is a great product for a very reasonable price. I went to petco and ugly grey carriers were 50-60 dollars. The medium size was bigger than I thought it was going to be. Any cat, big or small, should fit comfortably. There's an opening so that you can reach in and pet on one side and on the other there's a little food and water dish. Perfect proct, great design. Although it doesnt have an entry top door, it has only a small top door for quick access. It is still the best design out there. It actually turns heads on the street...Update: be aware of these low ratings out there, and the reasons ppl complain. These are not truthful.
I had the unit for more than a year now and it is still in great shape. It is sturdy and well made. Even my vet loves the cage and design.
I got a medium size for my main coon kitten and although the cage is big, I think my coon grew out of it. I would go with a large carrier for a large cat.

Altho it isn't hared to put together the door onmy cage is lopsided and I can't fix it!I would not waste my time or money on this product.....................
