I was looking for treats for my recently adopted cat who seems to have a lot of allergies. I found a healthy cat food with turkey and salmon that agrees with her, so decided to give these a try as treats. She likes them, and she is finicky since I won't give her the things she really wants because it causes allergic reactions. It has been a lot of trial and error. These don't cause her any problems. And best of all, she likes them. So do my two dogs.

Our dos is now allergic to chicken, so it's getting harder to find good treats these are wonderful, don't get sticky or crumbly in your pocket and the company looks good with regard to sourcing. Highly recommended.

I bought these to clicker train my cat. The treats are too big. I tried cutting them, but they just crumble apart. I am reduced to re-hydrating them and then cutting into smaller pieces. My cat likes them though and training is proceeding well.

My cat loves both Fresh-is-Best freeze-dried chicken hearts and their duck hearts but he won't touch these or the beef rounds, and I don't blame him. The hearts feel a bit like jerky, but these rounds have the consistency of those environmentally-friendly packing peanuts. I've tried rehydrating them but no luck. It's a real shame because the ingredients are great but something has been lost by grinding up the meat and reconstituting it. Definitely won't be buying again.
