Wanted this to help my new puppy master his potty training and encourage our older dog to stop scratching to get in. Bought the double unit so we could have both indoor and outdoor buttons. Both buttons ring both bells. Followed the training directions and our pup mastered the system in a week or less. Older dog does not seem to be scratching any more, but can't really say that she gets it either (she's more sweet than smart). Thoroughly satisfied with this product and wish I had owned this system several years ago. Might have save a great deal of damage to my back door, not to mention puppy accidents.

My dog already knew the touch, so it was very easy to move it to the doorbell. Heuses it to go out and to come in. I like that it is very sensitive and the dog does not
have to really punch it to set off the tone.
