I know this product is listed for dogs but my cats love it. They are not beggars but when we have smoked salmon out they go nuts and this is the next best thing. Even my shy boy who does not usually take treats goes for it. I am not a pet food expert but this looks like it is basically just dried salmon and has to be good for them. Great product, reasonable quantity for the price. One warning it does smell like salmon and is a bit chewy. My cats are large and like chewing on it. Little cats might find it tough. I will definitely re-order

If you love your dog, and want them to have a nutritious treat that is good for them, these are fantastic! They are also human-grade. There isn't a lot to the bag, but my dog is only 10 pounds and luckily they last longer. But take my word she would eat the whole bag at once if given the chance. You can't go wrong with these.

My puppy loves Salmon Paws! I was given a free sample by the local pet food store and my puppy loved it! Yes it's more expensive than other treats out there and you don't get a lot, but it's quality 100% salmon with no fillers. It's recommended that you refrigerate these treats because it's natural and it is fish. My dog is finicky with her food and treats and has rejected so many different treats that the pet stores in the area (with a no-questions asked return policy) let me open bags to let her try in the store just so I can save a trip coming back to return them (she's that bad!). So when I saw her get excited from just having a little bit of Salmon Paws, I just had to get it for her because it's so difficult finding stuff she likes.

UPDATE: Stopped buying these because the company has issues with quality control. I went to the store and every single bag (new and unopened) had mold in it! I went to another store that usually carries it and they didn't even stock it, so I asked why. They told me that their new shipment direct from the factory had mold in it. So whatever the turn around time from sealing the product to delivery to stores already had severe mold issues. I will admit that my dog loved these, but obviously I can't find them anymore. Even if I could find them, I would be hesitant about buying them now that mold seems to be a large issue with them. Very disappointing!
