I have 5 toy dogs. My almost 2 year old Japanese Chin, Yoshi, has a severe underbite and has difficulty eating dry dog food. The other 4 eat Origen dry.

I want my dogs to live healthy long lives. I tried raw but it isn't practical for me to use. Only some of the dogs eat raw anyhow and Yoshi, who is the one I am having trouble feeding, couldn't eat it even if she did like it (which she doesn't).

I use a variety of dehydrated and freeze dried food for Yoshi. I am one of those people who think dogs should have some variety in their food. Four of the dogs will eat ANYTHING but when they start getting picky, I switch to another flavor.

After much research, I decided to try Stella &Chewy's freeze dried food. Don't let the 6 ounces fool you since they are freeze dried and don't weigh much. Just add some warm water and you have your raw Duck dinner!! She LOVES this food and almost always eats every bite. I alternate with Grandma Lucy's and Addiction all of which are easy for her to eat. It is a great product and if you aren't feeding big dogs or lots of small ones, it is not too expensive. If all my dogs were on it, I probably couldn't afford it except as a special treat. But for a small dog, it is very affordable and I heartly recommend Stella & Chewy's as a raw alternative.

Compared to the other product I tried, this product when reconstituted has the consistency of ground raw meat. The other looks like it has been in the blender when it is reconstituted. I like both and mix them around for variety.

My dog loves this product. I generally spare no expense for the better products for my dog even on a budget. I like the natural products used. I was pretty upset about the rumors of chicken from China & basically threw out all the food, snacks & cheweys I had on hand. I was glad to not find this product on the list of questionable food for dogs. I am pretty content with this product & so is my dog. Thank you.

This is the one treat my dog go crazy for. All the dog I know go crazy for it. I was mobbed by all the dogs playing with my puppy because I had these in my pocket. It is crack for dogs :p
