The tote bag is perfect for my 6-lb yorkie. He loves it as he hops in it as soon as I put it on the floor. It gets a little uncomfortable carrying it though when he gets excited, as the tote shifts and leans towards the front. But otherwise, it's light and doesn't add much weight.
