One of my dogs receives half of a rather large tablet twice a day. My other dog receives a huge fish oil capsule once a day. I cover the tablet well and then break off excess Greenie Pill Pocket and mold it around the huge capsule too and place it in the food bowl. I was getting the larger ones and decided to try and cut back cost a little. The pill pocket is playable like play dough so it is easy to work with. Also, my dogs r not picky.

We used to try and stuff our dog's medicine into other treats until our second dog started taking meds. Two of our three dogs have hypothyroidism and have to take pills before breakfast and dinner. No more of me trying to squish pills into other treats or giving them all spoons of peanut butter. The pill pockets have made medicine fun and easy!
