I have 2 dogs who very quickly destroyed the KONG squiggles. That being said-they had a great time doing so! I have a pit and an undetermined super mutt mix who LOVE soft toys but just absolutely destroy them within minutes. I was hoping that this toy may last at least a week or so but it was torn into pieces with both squeakers on the floor within a half hour of supervised play. Oh well! My Dachshund is known to destroy every known Dog toy that has a squeaky inside but I have to tell you this Toy lasted much longer than others and even after he removed the squeaker he still plays with this Toy. This is a nice, fun dog toy. Dogs would be more interested in it if it had more than one squeaker (like, if there was one in each end-there's only on in the head, not the tail).

Our German Shepherd wasn't enamored of these treats, so we returned them, albeit reluctantly. Like the quality of the product and the fact that they have natural ingredients. Pity our dog didn't.

My cat loves this brand of cat food. She is lackluster about the other Halo brandsand she's tried them all. As soon as I put this in the bowl she came running. My cat is 15 years old and doesn't eat a lot. I want to insure that what she DOES eat is of high quality. Finally, a grain-free food that she will eat! Also ,the price isn't bad eitherit could cost more. She wasn't a fan of Avoderm, but she visits her food bowl frequently now. I can hear her crunching on it right now actually.

Normally I find great prices on Amazon, but I'm shocked that this product is so much more here than it is at Costco, where my husband just bought a bag for only $11.99 (exact same size). Be that as it may, it's one of those treats that even finicky chewers will eat and I highly recommend it. One of my dogs, who had a very small appetite because of cancer, was chewing on them to the end. The ingredients are pretty decent for a dog product, although I'm not clear on how it can be gluten-free if it has wheat in it. I first tried this item for my two malamutes when it was offered at Costco. They have never enjoyed anything that they could not destroy, like the original Nylabone or Kong. They drool at the sight/smell of these coming but go through them like they were corn muffins. Now they are no longer at my local Costco, and a variant seems available in some dog supply catalogs. Get 'em while you can.

4 stars instead of 5 because a little pricey, and when first applied to cake, it was too runny and kept dripping off, so I kept scooping back onto cake and it finally set up. I liked it enough that I ordered a 2nd pouch so I can make homemade dog biscuits as Christmas gifts. I think I'll just add a little less water next time so it won't be quite as runny/drippy. Not only do I own a business that makes animal accessories/treats, but I also volunteer and donate things to a local non profit no kill animal shelter. Overall, I love this product as you can make dog treats and not worry about them melting or getting messed up before selling them or before the customer gets them home. Yes, the dogs don't care what the treats look like, they only care about taste, and most things are tasty to them. However, for someone who loves to make donated treats, this is a little expensive. Not that I can find it anywhere cheaper than here, but just overall, a little more. The ingredients are the same, just in a different order. Not sure what exactly the difference is but I did not like this product at all. I have been using the Royal Icing for a year with no problems and decided to try this because it says its good for frosting cakes... the icing starts to crack and flake off of cakes after a few days. I own and operate a small pet bakery. I bake tasty, healthy treats for pets. A lot of my clients want their treats decorated and I've tried many different types of frosting. This frosting is by far the best and easiest to use! I can frost bones, biscuits and cakes with no problems at all. I love that it dries hard and will not melt. Compared to a couple other brands of dental chews that I purchase for my dog, (a favorite-Dancing Paws Breath-A-Licious, at Swanson Health Products online, also less $), I wasn't much impressed with the Twistix brand. My dog is a 45lb. Border Collie that is considered medium and these are labeled "large"...they are small for her. To me, the "Twistix" are also quite a bit thinner than they appear on the ad page, and they were quickly devoured by her. I would compare it to eating a "Twizzler" in our human world. I'm happy that she liked them, though I wouldn't purchase the Twistix to help improve her oral hygiene. Looking back, I should have reviewed and recognized that the ad describes the package at 5.5oz. which is light for 7 chews. Also, I've noticed in the 2 weeks since I purchased them, the price is up over 70 cents. I don't feel they are worth it.

This is a natural product that my dog actually likes. It has no corn, gluten, artificial colors, cutsey shapes or anything like that. Just bacon, apple, chicken and lots of other good stuff. After all, dogs don't care what a treat looks like, only what it smells and tastes like. The thunder puppy just couldn't get enough of these. We had house guests who sent them to us as a thank you present and when they ran out, I just had to get more.

Sodium phosphate is a preservative. So these are not chemical and preservative free. That's the part I read, but I should have read more carefully. I didn't realize it was in there when I ordered these for my cats. One cat ignores them, but my other one loves them. But sodium phosphate causes me terrible migraines so I stay away from it in my foods and medicines. Even a little bit has a bad effect on me. This makes me very wary about giving it to my cat. The salmon has no marinade and therefore no sodium phosphate, so I'll get that one again. I wish the chicken was more pure. I don't do many reviews but I thought I should point this out in case it makes a difference to anyone else. I'm always looking for healthy food for my cats and dog.
