My dogs loves treat balls of any kind. I have a variety like the Everlasting Treat Ball and his personal favorite, the Everlasting Fun Ball which are designed to hold treats and that the dog has to push around and try to get them out. I saw this pyramid toy on Amazon and thought it would be an ideal step up for him, as he can generally get treats out of the other toys relatively quickly.
At first, he had some difficulty with this, primarily because I have mostly hardwood floors, and when he would push it with his nose, it just slid across the floor. Now that he's learned how to tip it over, he can empty the treats out quite quickly. I worry about it damaging my floors, particularly since the toy trains him to really bang it around. I really wish it came in a smaller size. Particularly when your dog is learning it, you have to put a fair amount of kibble in for them to have success. As you can see in the video, often when the food comes out, there's quite a lot pouring out at once.
Overall though, I think it's a fun alternative way to give my dog breakfast in the morning. He gets very excited when it's time for me to go to work because he knows he is getting his food toys!

I just got this for my pit bull mix a couple days ago. While you do have to fill it up quite a bit for your dog to be successful when s/he is learning how to use the toy, my dog was fine after the first time. Now, I only put maybe 30 pieces of kibble and small treats for her to knock out and she does it quite easily. The only thing I dislike about it is that it does not twist apart, so you have to insert each piece of food through the hole. That can be a bit of a pain if you're trying to give your dog's entire meal through this toy, so I've only been using it for a little afternoon snack.Buy CLIX Pyramid Interactive Dog Toy Now
I thought I had found the ultimate toy durable and a lot of fun for the dog. ...until the dog dropped it and it broke into 2 pieces. Seriously who makes a toy that withstands teeth but is glued together??Read Best Reviews of CLIX Pyramid Interactive Dog Toy Here
At first my dog barked at it and was very annoyed by it. Later, the treats get stuck in the container and I suspect grow stale. My dog could not get them out and I too have difficulty removing old treats. It requires very small treats. Works sometimes and other times NOT!Love this when it worked. But there are two design flaws with this. First is that, as others have written, it can easily break in half. Second is that there's no larger opening to put handfuls of food or treats in. I felt like I was taking as much time to put stuff in as my dog was taking to get it out. It's a fantastic idea, too bad it didn't last more than 5 romps.
