I have a dog who develops itching after eating anything containing gluten. (Wheat, rye, barley) These treats do not contain wheat Note that it says Wheat Gluten-Free on the box. This is true but can be misleading since there IS barley flour which is listed as the first ingredient. Just pointing it out for others who have pets who cannot eat any kind of gluten.My other dog can eat anything and he loves these treats!
