We have tried alot of different rabbit foods for our two pet bunnies. Some of the other foods were ok, but this one seems to be the best for them to eat and digest. They seem to really like it, and it's good for them as they are adult and this is an adult food with little to no alfalfa in it, the food being timothy-based. That is what adult rabbits need to maintain they're health.

Great price. Great product! Contains yucca which helps keep smell down from the pellets and urine. Will buy again for sure.

We have had our New Zealand White rabbit for almost two years and this is the only food she's ever eaten. She seems to love it and we've never had any health issues at all. So it's a keeper for us.

I bought this for my bunny because it was the only one in the store that had alfalfa in it (my bunny's still a baby and needs to eat alfalfa). I'm thinking I should have gone with the other brand I was looking at. I mixed some in with the food my bunny's been eating, and the next day a bunch of the new pellets were on the floor of the cage. The only thing my bunny seems to like out of it is the orange bits.

Pros:

Does not contain corn or ethoxyquin (a dangerous preservative)

Actually high in fiber (min. 20%)

Cons:

Artifical coloring--in the little orange bits. There aren't very many of them, so I was willing to overlook it when I bought it.

Orange bits--they seem to have about the same consistency as the regular pellets, so I thought they might be ok, but they're the only part of the food my bunny will eat, so they probably have more sugar or fat.

The smell--I can't tell what it is, but the food just smells really weird. My boyfriend said it smells like hay that's been chemically treated or something. I'll keep trying with this food, since it was a bit pricey where I bought it, but I'm not sure I'll buy it again. I'll post an update if he starts eating it.

My rabbits are crazy about this food! I am wondering what the little orange shapes are in it because my boys are climbing all over me in the morning to get to them. They even dig through their dish to look for the mystery morsels. It's definitely something other than the actual pellet food in a different shape & color. Too bad there weren't more of these in the food, as I like to give them healthy treats once in awhile.

The stores where I usually purchase this bun food have stopped carrying it, and I am very happy that I found it on Amazon! My boys are even happier than I am! Timothy pellets are the best and healthiest for them, and most of the stores carry the alfalfa pellets or some junk with the first ingredient called "wheat midlings." I want my boys' urinary tracts to be healthy, not gunked up with calcium and other deposits.

Along with their daily greens and veggies, timothy grass/hay, they will always have their yummy Fori-Diet!
