The picture shows it to be the crunchy type which my dogs truly love. Instead it's the new kind which is very rubbery, difficult to break in half for small dogs, like the texture of so many other dog treats. Now I'll have to search for a product similar to the old Good Bites as I truly hate the new rubbery treats. Also Amazon doesn't allow this product to be returned so I'll have to list on Ebay for resell.
