I think the important thing is you have to make sure you order enough. My dog a corgi is just at 50# so I ordered the 2 grams but actually needed 2 grams plus the 1 gram. I never noticed or read that you might need to add more.

This product is great however it gives you 6 grams, if you have a dog under 20lbs it is perfect. If you have a 22lb beagle like I do, you might need to buy another box as it would need 3 grams per day for 3 days and the box only contains 6. Altogether though I liked this product, and it didn't make my dog sick after giving it to her.

I found that any dewormer with fenbendazole was the right choice for my dogs, since it is non toxic even in doses hundreds of times that of the recommended dose. Don't give your dog more than it needs for the product to be effective, but it is very safe.
