I got this toy for our two Shar Pei mixes. They love to play tug-o-war but often do it with their stuffed toys, which generally leads to a mess of stuffing all over the house. I got this toy thinking that it would be great for tugging, without all the mess. I was half right. It is AWESOME for tugging and my boys love it. The only down side is that when not being used as a tug toy, one of my boys --the puppy --thinks its fun to pull out tufts of the dragons mane, which makes a bit of a mess. All in all, I'm pleased with this toy.

This dog toy is positively adorable but the "rope" is very cheaply made and falls apart very quickly. It lasted less than one week before it had completely unraveled and turned to a massive pile of string. I will stay with the rope toys I can get at PetSmart, which are a touch more expensive but last for months and months.

My puppy loves this too but unfortunately we can not let him play with it alone because the red fur rips right off! And he's already pooped it out once. This toy shouldn't have fur that is not very durable. Hoping when he gets older he'll be able to play with it.
