I ordered these on the recommendation of my vet. My dog is love with these things. They come is a variety of sizes even when your order a certain size (I ordered medium), but they all seems to be an appropriate size for my dog (14lbs). I worried at first that he would choke so I supervised him the first few treats (which was recommended by the vet), and he seemed to understand the chewing thing (he loves people food which we don't give him, but when he manages to get something that I dropped its gone in a second.) Some of the pieces are thicker than others and those tend to be buried outside. Oh, and I use chlorhexidine for my oral care and am confident of its efficacy, so no bad breath!We have been using the C.E.T.chews for small dogs. Since our dog is about 14 pounds we decided to try the medium ones. Ordered enough for free shipping and now our dog will not chew them. I would like to exchange these for the small dog ones but we are unsure of how to do this. We do not recommend these for our size dog (Bichon Friese) as he can't chew them up and is not interested in working on them. The small dog ones were great as he chewed one every day.
