Love it .doesnt come from China and my dogs can chew

We very much like the round rawhides and so does our dog. Being round for one makes it a pull toy and it also seams to last a lot longer than regular rawhides. A good purchase when considering a rawhide treat.

I have a six month old Cairn Terrier pup and a five year old Corgi who wants anything the Cairn has. When the pup was first teething I bought a bag of the cheap rawhide squares from the pet store. They didn't last well. Then I looked into where they were made and a little about the production process when rawhide is shipped around the world. Yuck. I did a little more research and found Wholesome Hide USA. I have tried the twist sticks, the retriever rolls, and the donuts, in the last four months. For my avid chewers I find the donuts work best.

The twist sticks were too small for my two, gone in a day, and can find their way to the back of their throats. The retriever rolls were a bit too big, but the donuts were just right.

These donuts can last for weeks in my house. They aren't pretty by the end, but they last longer than anything else I've tried.

Our Lhasa loves the Rawhide Donut! I do supervise her closely and cut off loose and slimy rawhide because I do not want her swallowing (or choking on) hunks of rawhide. When she gets tired of chewing on it, I do take it away until the next time and she doesn't seem to mind. I will definitely buy this again. It was packaged well with other dog toys and arrived on the promised delivery date.
