I had a problem with my female pit chewing on tennis shoes, but since I gave her this, no more 'bad dog'! She will throw it around and chase it herself, and chews on it even after she's gotten the treats out. And I don't have to worry about her swallowing little pieces of rubber because it's indestructible! This is the toughest chew toy I could find and my dog loves them, even though they have a very strong rubber smell. Unfortunately my dog still destroys one of these in about a week and I have to replace it.
