This is my dog's go to toy! It really has kept him busy too. The biggest benefit has come from when I leave the house and I put treats inside it and he works on getting it apart himself keeping him occupied while I'm gone. The difficulty of getting it apart can be adjusted by the twist, so you can make it more difficult if you want. It's the first thing he grabs when I walk in the door. He's a Boxer who can be hard on toys, and it has lasted really well. It's also cute when he plays with it with my sisters dog because when it comes apart each get a side and they both "win". It's our most used toy for sure.The part in the middle is really tough and my dog took awhile to figure out how to get through it. But for tough chewers this is not the toy. The rope is not thick enough, and the part in the middle is so small that it can go back to the strongest part of their jaw and get owned. It should be a supervised only toy, and even then my dog had it destroyed in under two minutes
