As a weekly treat after their one day fast, I feed my four boys Freeze Dried Bloodworms for Bettas. They are just a weekly treat because they have no nutritional value like their pellets and flakes that I feed them. I am lucky that I have four fish that will eat anything that I put in front of their little snouts. I soak the freeze dried bloodworms in a plastic spoon with a little of their tank water for about 10 seconds. This prevents constipation. Not all bettas will take to freeze dried bloodworms. Some bettas are fussy eaters. LOL! For my boys, they love their bloodworms.

I have a male veiltail betta fish. He eats his pellets when he feels like it. But after putting these things in the tank, just like 3 or 4, he gobbles them up within 10 minutes. For 4 dollars shipped, this is a very nice treat for your fish. They are very small and I think the bottle will last forever.Read Best Reviews of San Francisco Bay Brands Betta Food Freeze Dried Bloodworms Here
I ended up not needing the food since my fish passed on just after I ordered it. The customer service was great and they gave me a refund without any problems. Very prompt service as well.Want San Francisco Bay Brands Betta Food Freeze Dried Bloodworms Discount?
I bought these with my betta fish Boe. He ate them for about a week before he started refusing to eat them. Scared to death that my sweet little guy would leave the face of earth, I bought pellets and now he eats three daily and always swims to the top of the tank when I come.Anyway, a few months went by when I decided to drop 2 bloodworms in his tank to see what would happen. It seems, after a break, Boe likes them again! Now I switch off between pellets, bloodworms, and flakes for a balanced diet.
San Francisco Bay Brands is the only company I've found that sells bloodworms! San Francisco Bay Brands:thanks a lot!
**SUGGESTION**
If you have a small betta fish, like Boe, I recommend cutting the bloodworms in half. Boe will barf up his bloodworms if I don't cut them in half because they're too big.
