As someone who has developed a wide variety of dog and horse recipes for our animals as well as selling them at fund raisers, I didn't have time to purchase carob chips or powder when I put together the gift boxes of treats for Christmas. Carob is not readily available where I live so I looked at these treats and decided to give them a try. I didn't pay attention to their actual size so they weren't exactly perfect for my large dogs but they sure love them.
