My dog absolutely LOVES this treat and he is a super picky one for this type of thing. Bingo makes another pressed bone that is lighter in color and slightly softer & he wanted nothing to do with it. This pressed tripe bone disappears in less than 10mins he loves them so much. It IS tripe so it doesn't smell like roses, but it's no problem for me since my dog likes these so much he take his over to a corner away from everyone so he can have his treat in peace & keep a watchful eye out for intruders who might want his bone. You can find this for a lesser price if you look around savings of maybe $3-4. My local pet store sells them for 44 less than here for the same 6in size. This is the only chewy type treat that my dog never turns his nose up or gets tired of and for the price it's a great once a week treat for my 85lb GSD/Malamute mix. I buy these weekly & will continue to do so wish you could get them by the case at a slight discount or something!This treat was firm, pressed well, smelled pretty bad (which is good when it comes to tripe), and took about 10 minutes for my 60 lb lab/shepherd to finish. He definitely liked it! And it's good for him, of course. I was impressed and I will order more. Price at around $10 each is reasonable. I'd like to buy by the case.
