This has the worst odor, and it made my entire pantry stink. I washed and washed it, but the plastic-rubbbbery smell persisted. Even my dogs didn't like it. I tossed the toy before even putting it into service.

Also, you add food through a hole in the bottom that doesn't close; it has little "fingers" to help hold the food in. Even though I ordered the smallest toy, the hole was still way too large to contain the dogs food. This is the worst food dispensing toy I've tried. Don't waste your money.

FWIW, my Dachshunds' favorite toy is the Buster Cube.

I have the small for my 12 lb chihuahua mixes. It works really well to put their kibble in and let them tumble it around to earn their dinner. A Kong doesn't work for this because it doesn't have the little nubs at the opening. The food just falls out of the Kong. I can also fill this thing with peanut butter like a Kong. Basically, skip the Kong, go for this.

My dogs have lots of other toys/chews they like better, but they're not big chewers of non-food items.

This items looked so cute but it is too big for our small puppy. She is only 3-4 pounds and can not get her mouth around it to play with. I will have to buy toys for her in stores close to home because she is so tiny. The item is kinda cute but I would not purchase again even for a larger dog. After having this product for about a year I have changed my opinion about it. This is the most popular product or toy that my puppy has, even though she's not a puppy anymore. She plays with it all the time and loves, loves, loves to get all of that goodies out of it .It is the perfect size for a five to six pound dog.

My dog is a small dog but he is a very aggressive chewer, so it's difficult to find toys that he doesn't destroy within 10 minutes. This toy is very durable and is very much like a kong. The treats that are supposed to go with the toy however do not do the job of keeping him occupied for hours. The treats are like small pellets and literally just fall out of the toy with no effort. I filled the toy with the treats and they were gone within minutes. I use marrow bone treats by pedigree, the larger size are just the right size to fit inside the toy and keep him happily engaged for a couple of hours.

This toy is great. I put some of my puppy's kibble in it and let him work on getting the kibble out. It keeps him busy and entertained for a bit and slows down on eating his food. Would highly recommend this!
