Higgins Fruit to Nuts is a nice mix of very good quality dried fruits and vegetables, with a few nuts and seeds included. Most parrots probably won't eat everything that's included-mine dislikes the dried apple peelings, but he loves the banana chips, dried peas and papaya chunks. Higgins claims that their dried fruit and nuts are suitable for human consumption, and that's easy to believe-the quality is that good. I'm sure I'll be buying this again, and will be trying some of the other varieties in the Higgins "Snack Attack" product line.
