Well I bought this toy for my 5month old Aussie since he loves puzzle type toys. This one however, unlike the others he has, he just assumed was a normal toy. He would fling it around like crazy and within 2days ripped most of it to shreds. The toy is basically a plastic tube with cloth around it and then a snake type plushy sewed onto that(not well I might add). Since most of it was ripped off anyway, I ended up cutting the snakey part off so now its kinda like two toys. The part that is still the treat dispenser is totally chewed apart and I cannot put treats in it now. The snakey part, he ripped all the stuffing out of its head... Right between the eyes! kinda funny. For the price that I paid for this toy, I felt it should have lasted longer? or maybe just put together better I don't know... I will say.. the squeaker is nice! If you have perhaps a smaller dog or one that does not love to chew... this might be ok for them.

First I have to say that both of my dogs love the Snoggle, but my Alaskan Malamute, Weylin LOVES his snoggle. He carries it around and brings it to me when he wants it filled up. He lays with it on the couch and even brings it to bed with him sometimes.It is well made for a plush toy, and the head does have a squeaker in it. However it is like any plush dog toy, it will only take so much abuse. We have had our snoggles (one for each dog) for a couple of years now, and the stitching holding the Snoggle to his log is coming loose on one of the toys. As much as they have been played with, I feel this is to be expected and is also something that I can easily fix. Unlike the standard treat ball, I don't have to worry about the Snoggle rolling under furniture. I would definitely purchase this toy again.

This toy is about the size of my toy fox terrier. But she loves it. She carries it around with her everywhere. She even sleeps with it. It has done a lot to keep her busy and happy. This was a cute toy and my puppy liked it from the start, but within 5 minutes it was in 2 pieces one big snake of a toy and a stick that holds treats. She had a ball ripping it to shreds, whic was fun for her, but a big mess for me. Definitely not a good toy for an agressive chewer :(
