My dog is starting to get the hang of using the treat machine. She is a little rambunctious and tends to hit the globe part of the machine, and sometimes knocks it over completely. My only recommendation would be to put some sort of gripping surface on the bottom to prevent this with other excited dogs.The quality is great and I like how it slows down her eating process... I'm considering using it for her daily feedings!

My poodle had one of these when I was a kid. So now that I have my own place and pets, I got one for my Bichon. It took him a few days but he figured it out and loves to get his treats out. He sometimes has a hard time pushing the bone lever all the way down, but does get treats out the majority of the time. I wish I could adjust the lever for a little shorter dog...maybe that is why he has trouble. There was nothing in the instructions that said you can adjust that so I am scared to attempt it and break the machine. It is made of durable products so it can withstand dogs and their antics, haha!
