Just a sturdy rope chew toy. Sheds all over the living room as they all do. One of the few I could find in purple for our little princess. Visiting puppy peed on it so I put it in the dishwasher (top shelf, no soap) and then in the dryer as I found online. Worked great. This is a favorite when my 8lb aussiedoodle puppy wants to play tug of war, and it's okay for that. The only issue is that if she grabs the middle, there's not much of a place for me to hold it and tug back. A bigger rope toy would be too heavy for her, this is exactly the right size, only it's just small enough to be difficult for me to hold on to when she has a grip of it. I just deal with it as best I can when we play, and it gets the job done.
