Bfor the everlasting treat. My dog loves the flavor, but almost too much. The treats are great, but only if they stay in the toy (they don't for long with a determined pooch). I only let her play with the "everlasting treat" in place under supervision.
I have a 25lb mutt(possibly pit) with a large mouth/jaw that loves to chew, but I've had a hard time finding the right toy for her. She could care less about kong brand toys after she easily licks/removes a treat from inside it. She has only had a lasting interest in vanilla scented rubber toys, but those never last long. She was all over this toy the moment I gave it to her...BUT with the "everlasting treat" in it, it's a supervised toy only since she managed to remove said treat within 10 min of unsupervised play and once she gets it out she wants to chomp/swallow whatever she can and I fear she'd try to swallow large pieces. Despite the issues with the treat that comes with it, she also LOVES this toy when I just stuff some of her kibble/treats in the back side. She's a batter with her paws and loves swatting this toy around the room to get her treats out. She will gnaw on it without treats and that's a rare thing for her to do with an unscented toy. She's gnawed on this toy contentedly for 15min+ sessions and there is maybe one or two gash marks from her teeth, but she cannot chew it to bits.

My dog (lab mix) loves this and it lasts forever as long as I put treat in upside Down. This is a pain the first time because one treat comes in the ball and it tough to remove and put in the opposite way. After that works great and easy to replace. If the treat is in the normal way my dog eats it in 15 secs tops. Ocassionally she gets bored with the treats so I use different flavors and taking the treat away from time to time to keep her interested. (my dog isn't a big chewer or food oriented)Medium is really the right size for her (little under 40 LB) but sometimes I let her have the large. Both work great.

I have a very determined 22lb. Boston Terrier who continually frustrates my efforts to occupy her with "puzzle" type games and treats. At first this Bento ball was no different. She had the treat out in under 10 minutes and ignored the ball while gnawing away at the treat. Then I read Charlie's review (March 14, 2012), and tried putting the big treat in upside down and filling the bottom part with little treats. Much better! She can't get the big treat out easily and the little ones dropping out of the bottom distract her from making any serious effort to do so.With supervision, this treat will keep her occupied for over an hour at a time, and that's more than I can say for most treat-dispensing toys.

The Everlasting Beanie Ball (and its sibling the Everlasting Fun Ball) are far and away the toughest dog toys on the market and, believe me, we have tried them all in the past three years. My daughter's Malinois is an inveterate chewer with jaws of steel. He cannot destroy the Everlasting balls even though he has one constantly in his mouth, including when he goes to bed. The cons: 1. They are more expensive than other balls. 2. The treat is not a "challenge." Vito can pop it out in less than two minutes and eat it in almost no time. My Goldendoodle puppy needs attention 24/7, and sometimes you need to do things, like shower, or eat or have people over. Weird, right? Well, until now, the only thing that would hold his attention for longer than a minute was a bully stick. Bully sticks are great and all, but I always worry about intestine-clogging, salmonella and all that jazz. Plus, they stink so I while I have a giant bag of (expensive, by the way) bully sticks, I don't like to spoil him.This Bento Ball is the only thing that matches a bully stick in terms of keeping his attention. It's much cooler than it looks in the picture here. It comes with a round treat in it (on the opposite side of what you see here) and you can tell just by looking at it that it's going to cure boredom for a while. We looked at all the different "everlasting" toys, but went with the Bento Ball because it seemed like he'd be more interested in playing with it, instead of the flat ones that he'd be pushing around.
All in all, we love this toy. We have the medium one for our 5-month old Goldendoodle and he's happily gnawing away on a new treat as I write this.
