I have a three year old bichon who really doesn't eat. We have tried so many different kinds and flavors of food. This is a very nice toy with a lot of things that interest the cats. It is well made and sturdy. The only complaint I have is that it is really too small. I have 4 cats ranging from about 8 pounds to 18 pounds and it is not even large enough for the smallest of them to play inside of. That is really the only complaint I have with it. Despite this issue my large male cat absolutely loves this thing. He plays with it all the time, he lays on top of it and hides his face inside of it. He seems to really enjoy the crinkle sound that it makes. I am sure a kitten would love this. I would certainly buy it again even if it is too small because watching my huge male cat play with it is priceless. I would love it if the manufacturer made a larger version of it that they could actually play inside. I thought about giving it 4 stars because of the size issue but really the happiness it brings my big cat ( who dislikes most toys ) is really worth the 5 stars.

The dimensions are listed so I can't complain too hard about the small size but the size does become an issue if the tunnel *won't* stay open. It simply falls in on itself like a slinky so the kitty can't get inside the tunnel to play see photo added.

Disappointing and not recommended.

My cat requires several pills twice a day; one is a pill fragment that is extremely bitter and tough to disguise. He is very, very picky about flavors, and before trying these, I could only get him to take his pills in canned tuna. Well, he discovered the bitter pill amongst the tuna and that no longer worked. When I found out my dogs needed to take pills for an extended period of time, I was really not looking forward to the ordeal of getting them to take them. I saw this package of Pill Pals at the vet's and figured it was worth a shot. This product is amazing!! When I put the pills into the Pill Pals, my dogs literally beg for their pills as if it was the greatest treat in the world, and seem sad when they can't have any more for the day. The instructions say to sandwich the pill between two Pill Pals, but I have found that depending on the size of the pill, it is easy squish one pill into a Pill Pal and have it entirely surrounded by the treat, as the consistency is firm yet pliable. My cats very quickly stopped eating the Greenies brand 'Pill Pockets', but my boyfriend found these at his vet so we gave them a try. I have made it through 3 pouches and 1 cat still purrs every time he gets his pill, while both still eat them quickly and w/o pill fights. The texture is much softer and pliable then the Pill Pockets and are not as prone to drying out. The vet no longer carries these, I hope they remain available online.

I discovered these at my vet's office and they are a blessing! I used to wrap my dog's pills in pieces of processed cheese slices; but the cold, slippery cheese didn't want to stick to the pills and I spent a lot of time massaging it (warming it up) to coat the pills. My Husky just inhales most treats, but this were big enough for her to have a chew fest. We always try to buy a variety of treats for her and I wasn't sure if the "Natural" treats would be her thing, but she seems to love them, so I pick up a package whenever I am at TJs and give her one whenever I come back to the car. Now if I ask her if she wants to go to "Joes" she gets excited and hops in the car. In truth, I'm a little afraid to come out without any of these :).

I had doubts about spending so much money on dog treats--but I have a toy poodle who has severe skin allergies triggered by just about every food type out there--so I have to be careful about what I feed him. On top of that, he's an extremely picky eater. He refuses just about every snack I give him. So I experimented by getting these. Not only do they not trigger his allergies whatsoever, but he absolutely loves these (he'll dance in circles to get a piece). The sticks are about the length of your hand and pretty narrow (width of a drinking straw). For my small dog, I break them into smaller pieces so they last longer. They're a little chewy, a little crisp--easy to eat and digest (or so it seems from watching my dog). And strangely enough, they smell good. Most dog treats make me want to gag from the smell--these smell like I could eat them. I get these regularly now.

I bought a couple of these on a whim from the pet food store. You can't tell by looking at them but it's easy to crack off just the right size serving for my Pug; usually just a hands width. Grab it and break off a chunk.

They had a hard time keeping them on the shelf so I did a little research and found them on-line. Cost averages to $1.79 a piece where the store charges $2.99 a piece. Well, I guess it all comes down to dog personalities and training. My 6 year old female German Shepherd Dog absolutely ADORES this stuffed Kong Moose. She's had it for several months now and plays with it daily. She will carry it around the house and into the truck (we don't let her take these outside). She will shake it, pull on it, toss it up in the air, run wildly around the whole house, squeak it, chew a little on it and sleep with it! I've washed it and after all this, it still looks almost like new! It is constructed of very good quality fabric and materials which are sewn very sturdily and is holding up much better than we had ever hoped! We like this Kong stuffed toy so well, we bought several more in the other shapes. This moose one is a very loved favorite of hers. She seems to especially like the antlers and tail. We have many other stuffed toys that she barely notices or that have fallen apart in short order, but not this one! We feel we have more than gotten our money's worth and will buy these again!

The toy is stuffed, which meant that when my 28lb beagle destroyed it after 10 days it went everywhere. In comparison, he had a Kong squirrel, no stuffing that lasted for almost a year.

I have two cockatiels, and have just recently started to give them this product. At first they didn't go after it so I put some peanuts (which they love) in the dish. This got them to try it probably by accidently eating it when going after the peanuts. I also give them the Zupreem daily maintenance food, but now they prefer the fruit blend much more.

If you only own cockatiels, like myself, you are much better off with this product rather than the one made for cockatiels. I bought the daily maintenance product for cockatiels and there was a tremendous amount of waste that ended up on the floor or bottom of the bird cage. They would bite the pellet with a small amount that actually got eaten and the rest would fly off. The smaller sized pellets still gives their beaks exercise in breaking it up, but most of the product actually winds up in their stomachs. It still ends up on the bottom of the bird cage but in a rather different form.

I previously bought the 2 pound bag, but the 10 pound bag is a MUCH better deal. I have a one quart container with an air tight cover that I use for the day to day refilling of their feed bowl and the rest I leave in the freezer in vacuum sealed bags.
