Well, I guess it all comes down to dog personalities and training. My 6 year old female German Shepherd Dog absolutely ADORES this stuffed Kong Moose. She's had it for several months now and plays with it daily. She will carry it around the house and into the truck (we don't let her take these outside). She will shake it, pull on it, toss it up in the air, run wildly around the whole house, squeak it, chew a little on it and sleep with it! I've washed it and after all this, it still looks almost like new! It is constructed of very good quality fabric and materials which are sewn very sturdily and is holding up much better than we had ever hoped! We like this Kong stuffed toy so well, we bought several more in the other shapes. This moose one is a very loved favorite of hers. She seems to especially like the antlers and tail. We have many other stuffed toys that she barely notices or that have fallen apart in short order, but not this one! We feel we have more than gotten our money's worth and will buy these again!

The toy is stuffed, which meant that when my 28lb beagle destroyed it after 10 days it went everywhere. In comparison, he had a Kong squirrel, no stuffing that lasted for almost a year.

She's been carrying it around and playing with it since Christmas. I washed it once already; it stil squeaks. Great toy for the money!
