I bought 2 puppy kongs and a large one as my jack russels toys usually don't last long. The first one the squeaker worked great and she didn't rip the toy in halve for 7 months. When I got out the other new one it wouldn't squeak. I wrote a letter to the kong Co. What a joke. I put every number and name off the original packing only to receive an e-mail back (Dear Harry Which product line was the bone from, AirDog Bone or Squeezz Bone? If you do not know just describe the toy to me. Just let me know, thank you!)

I ordered a tube because my dog was having problems with the skin on his belly and inner legs. The first thing I noticed that I didn't like was that it was more of a liquid than a gel. It was too thin and did not adhere to the area it was to treat without me rubbing to make sure it didn't run all over the place. While it provided relief from scratching, it did not clear up the problem, and I used the whole tube. I had better luck with Carmex Healing lotion. I would not recommend this product nor will I buy it again.

The selling point for me was that these are source and made in the USA. I had read some info about the processing of rawhide chews and bones if the "parts" were shipped outside the USA that made me not want to give them to my dog. Meat products can mold in transit over long distances for processing, and the steps to be taken to bleach the mold discoloration and kill the spores is scary. These are carefully selected by farm and sourced and made in the USA. My dog LOVES these. She's a small Beagle, and one of these lasts here a week of on and off chewing. She gets a new one every Friday evening. First she strips off the meaty parts; next she bites and chews on the edges of the bones; lastly she eats as much of the marrow in the large, open ends as she can. I have used this twice now. Both times it seems to work great right away, but doesn't seem to last as long as I had hoped. Maybe it is just because my pond is in full sun and does not have enough other plants to use up the fish nitrogen. Still a great product for the price.

I tried this product to control green scum in the fountain in my back yard. I followed all instructions carefully, but after several applications it appears to have made no dent in the growth of the algae.

My fountain is the back yard at my home in the Phoenix metro area, so daytime temperatures are very high and nighttime temps fall only into the 80s. It might work in less extreme conditions, but it certainly is not doing the job for me.

Despite the previous review, this ball CANNOT get stuck on a dogs tongue (there was a recall of a different toy a while back, but it WAS NOT this one.) The Amaze-A-Ball is great! It has half-walls inside of it so the dog really has to work to get the treats over and between the sections and out the other end of the ball. It is very sturdy also. It won't stand up to a dog trying to shred it, but my dogs are more interested in getting the treats out (and trying to rip the holes bigger) but there's been no damage to this in almost a year! I'm buying another one.

Almost 4 years later and this ball is still in perfect condition. I've used it with over a dozen clients' dogs and it is still in one piece. I recommend these all the time! The only downside is that they are "easy" for dogs who are already very accustomed to food dispensing toys. I like to use these for dogs new to the food-toys world, as they will succeed and therefor keep trying more quickly than a more difficult toy like a Tug a Jug or Buster Cube. These are still one of my favorites!!

I purchased one of these years ago and my dogs LOVE it! I wanted another and was pleased to see them available on Amazon. They are durable-good for large dogs. I have Chesapeakes and Saint Bernards-this one has lasted through two Chessies and now belongs to my three Saint Bernard puppies and they LOVE it! It bounces if you wanted to toss it (empty, of course!) or just allow your dog to roll it around on the floor or in a crate. I will fill it and give it to my older Chessie as a comfort toy in his crate during thunderstorms.

Other treat balls that are made of two halves scare me-if your dog gets it apart-it could be splintered or broken. This one is easy to fill and takes treats from really small up to large dog kibble. The only small issue is not a design flaw as much as a puppy "quirk", but sometimes my puppies drop it in their large water dish and if the inside gets wet, you have to wait a day or two for it to really dry out before filling it. Another reason for me to get another one!

My 7lb chihuahua/mini pin mutt mix loves this ball. I bring him to the office & put his kibble in it to help keep him occupied. He caught on to it immediately and it keeps him busy for about 30 mins. I don't think this would hold up to a strong chewer because it is a soft flexible rubber but for dogs more inclined to roll or toss it around to get the treats out, it is great. The maze inside the ball helps to measure out the kibble a few pieces at a time & prolong the "fun". Great tool for pups who wolf down their food and the soft material makes it very quiet when it bumps into things.

the ball is soft enough for my Boston Terrier to pick up and carry. The hole is too large for dog "food" for which I had ordered it. She loves the ball and likes playing with it. It is tough for she chews on it.

This ball is the best! My dog absolutely loves it. I have bought other treat dispenser toys and my dog has become a pro at getting treats out in a matter of seconds, which defeats the purpose of working for it and giving the dog mental stimulation. This ball with the maze inside solves the problem by making it more of a challenge to get the treats out and can keep an active dog busy for a while, which is nice.

I lost our previous ball and couldn't find a replacement in the stores nearby anywhere and my dog and I really missed it, we had this ball for about 2 years and it held up well (Boston Terrier) so I will be purchasing a couple here, so glad I found it!

I have seen the video of the dog that got it's tongue stuck in the ball and had to have his tongue removed. It was a terrible story, very sad, this poor dog couldn't eat or drink on it's own. THIS IS NOT THAT BALL! The ball from the story had only 1 hole. Never buy a ball that has only one hole, this creates a suction. Any toy must have 2 holes, opposite sides so air can flow through and no suction is created.

I have looked at every dental bone on the market, and these have the healthiest ingredients in them. They have no gluten or potato starch in them, which I love. My dog is very picky, and he always loves these. I definitely recommend these because I really feel they help to keep plaque from sticking to my dog's teeth. Rachael Ray Soup Bones are long-lasting, 'cause my dog won't eat them. Actually, they feel softer than I'd expect for something advertised as long-lasting. I think a dog that likes them would probably finish them off pretty quickly. Unfortunately, that's not my dog. They'll just sit for days outside untouched. The pill pockets have been improved to make them softer and tackier. This allows me to more easily hide the pills from the cat and to even break a pocket in half to get two minipockets from one original Pocket. The one cat needs only 1/4 a pill each day of one medicine and 1/2 a pill of another so this is helpful. Glad Greenies added more glycerin to the formula. If you are in doubt, try them. They really work well and are worth the cost.

I have two cockatiels. After feeding them a variety of seeds,gourmet seeds, organic seed with fruit, vegetables, bug guts I wound up throwing out more than they were eating. Finally, I tried these. The birds love them. They must taste good and the nuggets give the beaks a workout. My vet is pleased with their physical condition which I attribute, in part, to this food. I have an adult male cat that can end (or start!) wars with what he leaves in his litter box. I found this Pet Naturals Smelly Cat via a pet supply company, and have been using it for at least 8 months. To the relief of all, within just a few days it was clear that it was working! You can breathe again in the house after the cat visits his litter box (whew!). And he loves the taste, begging for a "treat" as soon as I pick up the bag. I follow the directions on the package, feeding one in the morning and one in the evening at a time when he hasn't been fed a meal. So I'm only giving him 2 per day, which makes the cost very reasonable for me. And it works (Did I say that before? I'll probably say it again!).

We have a big 18 pound male cat and the whole household knows when he uses the litter box. My cat LOVES mice that rattle. For that these were great mice. They rattled very well. The mice have a couple problems though. First, their tails come off within about a minute of playing. Many of the mice barely have the skins attached too. Those aren't the reasons that I decided to throw them away.

One of the ways that my cat plays with her mice, is that she loves to try to drown them in her water dish. Although I didn't notice with the first one that we gave her (a yellow one), the next one (a red one) turned the water bright red overnight. This is a fantastic product. The cats love them and get a new mousie every day. Yes, they are small so they do lose them under furniture and once a week we have to have a mousie hunt to retrieve them. (also, the dogs try to steal them!) My kitty loved these mice. She really got into chasing them around. The first day I got them, I dumped the whole box of 60 onto the floor and she had a blast. the fur is not real like it used to be and the glue is thick and exudes from the mice

I sadly ordered 2 boxes -a waste of money

my cats will not even touch them-they sniffed at walked away

I donated them to a shelter and they told me that the dye is coming off on everything including bedding and in the water bowls so they threw them away when they saw the dye on cat faces and tongues and paws

the company says the dye is not dangerous but cannot supply the type of dye and my vet was not pleased

I would have given these a 5 star rating, except for the fact that I had to cut off 60 TAGS EVERY MOUSE HAD A PLASTIC TAG ATTACHED TO IT WHICH I HAD TO CUT OFF.... very tedious and time consuming and I did not want to leave them on. Might I suggest to the company Zanies, when you are selling these 60 to a box, please sell them without individual tags!

The photo should have shown them with all the tags. Very misleading. I would have returned them if I hadnt already cut some of the tags off.

The other problem is when cutting the cat tags off, if the tag isnt cut close enough to the toy it leaves a very sharp point that could hurt the cat!

To the manufacturer, please stop putting tags directly on these toys, they are not safe.
