After the reports of the treats made in China came out, I looked for USA made. One of my dogs is very sensitive to most foods and will only eat chicken jerky. She practically lunged at me the first time I offered the new treats and always wants more. I am very satisfied with this product.

We have been looking and searching for chicken jerky treats for our dogs that are not made, produced, raised, or processed in China. We have found that most Chicken treats are made in China in some way. Blue Buffalo doesn't use China, so we gave them a try, however they must be for little dogs, we have Golden Retrievers....they like their pieces a bit bigger. Guess we'll keep looking.

We feed my Westie primarily Blue Wilderness products. But Blue Wilderness snacks, particularly, chicken jerky, are quite expensive. I can get Milo's Kitchen chicken jerky for about $1 an ounze (made in China, dangit). My dog likes both, and he is pretty picky. Blue Wilderness comes in at $5 an ounze.

I bought these after having a minor freak out about Chinese made products, especially those made of meat it's hard to trust, and I just won't do it.

That said, my dog loves these and I have no problem with the product's quality. Very good though the pieces are a bit small and would be nicer if he had a bigger piece to chew and work on for a while.

I admittedly didn't look at the ounces on the product description. You don't get much for what you pay. That's the only thing that brings this thing down from 5 stars the value just doesn't seem to be there for me. I'll keep looking, might even just make my own.

Don't be deceived by this ad. Notice they have a piece of chicken covering up the Net Weight of the package and it didn't appear in the Amazon site at all. At $12.79 for 3.25 ozs, that comes up to about $63.00 per pound, defiantly not the value I usually expect from Amazon. It may be the best jerky in the world which is exactly what you should expect for that price!
