We have a 105 lb. 16 month old German Shepherd. He has chewed and destroyed many toys. Some toys I am okay that they eventually get thrown away, but I don't see a bit of tear on this toy and we have had it for over 4 months now. You can twist it and then when it is thrown it pops open and bounces unpredictably. I can hold onto one of the legs while he chews on the other. I will definitely be purchasing more toys in the future from this company!

I had to go back and edit this review because after two weeks of owning the toy he managed to rip off both of the frog leg looking things. After a year he still hasn't ripped through the end, but I was disappointed that he was able to tear off the legs so fast.

I bought a mini version of this for my puppy who just destroys every toy I buy him. Even the "tough" rated Kong toys he demolishes within a week. I was a little skeptical of these toys. After all, what kind of shape is that anyway? But he LOVES it. Within 10 minutes, it was his new favorite toy. He plays with it all the time, tugs on it, pulls on it, knaws on it, throws it around, everything he did to his other toys that resulted in death and destruction, and this toy shows no signs of wear and tear. He will likely lose it before he breaks it, at which point I will gladly buy another.

Very highly received by my 2 year old 85# dobie. She absolutely loves it and it appears to be able to stand up to her usually destructive tendencies. Everything else has a half-life measured in seconds. Great throw and tug toy combo. Lady at the store where I first saw them also suggested using the cavity as a treat pocket but I haven't tried that yet.

Highly recommended as is the small West Paw Jive ball that fits into a ChuckIt and seems equally indestructible.

update 6/21/12After much tug-of-war with humans and intense daily chewing, this toy remains unscathed and highly interesting to my dog.

Only downside is the way it removes the hair from my legs when I have shorts on and she rubs it up and down my leg trying to get me to play with it.

All in all as close to indestructible as I've seen in 25+ years of dobie toys.

This one doesn't hold up anything close to the other products West Paw sells. Boxer dog had it less than one hour and had chunk chewed out of one of the "legs".
