I bought this item for my sister's puppy who's chewing on everything all the time. The puppy loves this toy with or without the treat in the middle. I add the water in the corners of the bone and freeze it and once it's ready he goes to town on it for long time.

I bought this thinking it would be good for my puppy to chew on. I was not impressed. The toy is heavy and the piece of "treat" didn't stay in the compartment. I tried to freeze water in it, but the compartment is very small and then the ice melted everywhere. I put this in my dog's "play box" two months ago and she has never pulled it out, unlike her other toys.
