This has been the best for training my dog. The treats are small about the same size as a bit of kibble. They are really, really smelly though. In a good way, I think. The dog smells them and will suddenly do whatever I want. Sit? Stay? Lay down? Coffee with two creams and a sugar? He'll certainly attempt anything!
The size is small enough that even if I end up feeding him a bunch in a training session it doesn't ruin his dinner. I've been very happy with these.
