I wish the first two ingredients in this bone were not sugar and wheat flour....
However, the bone is great in that my dog works on it for a long time, it's not as messy as some of the other bones out there and i'm not worried about him choking on a tendon or bone shard like some of the natural bones.
Now i wish some of these larger companies would be more responsible with what they put in their bones! I give it three points for the "junk food" factor.

The good news: dog loved it. The bad news: he ate it faster than any other bone we've ever given him. Rawhide bones take him a couple hours normally, if he decides he wants to destroy one in a sitting, so I was looking for something that would take significantly longer. This...not so much. Took him 30-45 minutes max, and it was completely gone. I guess there is one more plus though...in our incredulous search for the 'rest' of the bone, we looked under the couch and found two of his rawhide bones he'd 'buried' a couple weeks ago.
