Okay, I have to admit, I sort of bought this because I thought it would be hilarious to see my adorable 50-pound mutt try to have at this sucker, as he's a rawhide lover. When it arrived in it's 3 foot long box, it's massive size still surprised me.
I took it out of the box, and my black and white coated buddy just went ballistic! It took him about 3 weeks to chew it down to the 5 inch chunk of rawhide it is as I write this review. I wouldn't be surprised if someone who has a dog with a less vigorous chewing habit make this monster bone last a month or two.
My roomie's dog is about half the size of my pup, and kind of ignored it, since it was roughly twice as long as he was.
I definitely plan on getting him more of these, because they are decent quality rawhide as well.
