They love this product! I sometimes mixed it up with Lefebers pellet diet but they prefer Kaytee exact. Its not as messy as the round pellets as those break apart and fly across the room. They are always excited for a new dish of it every morning! There are brands more expensive and "better" but my tiel just seems to like this brand so it's what I feed. Figure some portion of a formulated diet is better than none. He just throws harrisons super fine (about the same size as this brand) on the floor even though it's one of the "best" and runs about $10 a lb.
