My dog has been chewing on a 12 inch piece of elk antler for close to a month now, and there is plenty left. Any bone would have been long gone. THe beef tendons are excellent, better than the chemical treated one you get at the store. You don't want to eat processed edibles, either does your dog.I have 3 dogs with endless energy so I'm always looking for something to keep them busy. I have given them many different bones/ chews, but can never find any that they don't eat in the first five minutes. These are great!! My dogs love these dog chews, they are all natural, and they keep them busy for a long time.My dog has never been a chewer bit I thought this might be a good treat for her. While it took her a little for her to warm up to it she really enjoys it now. She is older (12 years old) so I soaked it in warm water before I gave it to her, but she doesn't have any trouble with it dry either... she seems to prefer it that way. It's been a great natural treat :-)
