This is one of the very few healthy (all natural, wheat free, & corn free) dog bones out there. It takes them a few minutes to eat so I feel like it is actually cleaning their teeth & providing an outlet for their chewing needs. I have three dogs. One breaks off pieces and swallows them so it is gone in a minute (no worries, it is very digestible, unlike some bones).
