i love this product, my dog loves them, but i will not buy them packaged this way, in a cellophane bag, a large quantity loose in the bag. They can't be kept fresh, and it's very inconvenient. I first started getting them in the small tins, and ended up using them so regularly that i wanted to buy a quantity at one time to last longer. I got this kind of packaging at the pet store. They come with one metal tin to put a small amount in and i put a rubber band around the plastic bag that held the rest. The bag easily tears, it's poor packaging for use. Then one day the pet store had the box of 12 tins which i got, and it lasted a really long time, and all the Yip Yaps were in the small tins, that's how it's stored, neat, fresh, easy to use. When i ran out, i could no longer find them at the pet store so i started buying them on Amazon. I pass right over this item where they all come in a flimsy pastic bag, no zipper seal, you tear it open and then figure out how to close it the best you can. If i couldn't get hese in the 12 tin packaging, if this plastic bag packaging was the only way to get them, i would still get them because i don't know of anything else like them, small size, smell good, dog loves them, can use them as treats without putting extra weight on the dog, not messy, i love them, but i hate this packaging. Therefore i gave this item 3 stars. But i have reviewed them in the 12 tin unit packaging and given it 5 stars that way.I have purchased this item before and was very happy with the 12 containers of doggy mints. This order I got 1 CONTAINER and a BAGGIE of broken pieces. A TOTAL RIP OFF! I will NEVER purchase again.
