My dog loves these, as have my previous dogs (all 20-30 lbs.). These have healthy ingredients, and freshen breath naturally. My current dog has problems with gluten, and these happen to be gluten-free. These are also quite economical. I was so happy to find them on Amazon.com, as they are difficult to find. Also, they are a product of Ireland, not China (this is printed on the back of the package, directly below the N.J. distributor's information).

Hi there! I bought these basically looking for an economical "greenie". These are a great deal in that regard. And I was relieved to find that my dogs were actually interested in them! However, a warning in case you have small dogs, as I do each piece is star shaped like on the logo, and across either axis is about an inch. That's quite a mouthful for the little ones. I use food scissors to cut them down lengthwise at the intersection. This is especially helpful for my 6 lb. dog. My 22 pounder could probably stand the whole thing, but he's extremely voracious and I'm concerned that he might choke trying to hork down a big chunk instead of chewing well.Buy Denta Green Petite Denta Mint Flavored Dental Sticks, 43 Count Now
These are a great, economical alternative to the Greenies dental treats. My puppies love them! PLEASE GET THEM BACK IN STOCK. Amazon is the only place I've found them since PetSmart stopped carrying them!Read Best Reviews of Denta Green Petite Denta Mint Flavored Dental Sticks, 43 Count Here
Imagine our shock when we opened the bags of Dental Green Dental Sticks, petite (43 per bag) that we had ordered. Until this time, the petite dental sticks were thick, a decent length, and provided a good chew for our dogs. When we opened one of these bags, they weren't green, didn't look or smell like they had chlorophyll or mint in them, and were only 2 inches long and about 1/5 the diameter of the sticks that were in the bags in all of our previous orders, and in the bags when we used to buy them at PetSmart (they no longer carry them)! In short, they are a total RIP-OFF! The company made them so tiny that even a tiny dog could finish one off in a second or two, and our big dogs could inhale them and laugh! That is the last time I will ever buy this product. The company is giving us about 1/10 of what we got before, for the same price. And they obviously need quality control, since they weren't green and didn't smell like mint. Something is very wrong with what Denta Green is up to.
