this is by far the best fleece I have found on the online market. I bought a red and white one for my male cat over a year ago and accidentally bleached it, so i bought another one this year. Originally I bought it for him because he suffers from chronic alleries, sinuses and colds, so I had to make sure his chest stayed covered. but now, we use it for him when he wants to go outside on a cool day(not cold). It's funny, when I dont want to put his fleece on and go to let him out on a cool day, he will look up at me with the funniest face like "uhhhh, excuse me you think I am going out there without my fleece" and will refuse to go out or stay out until his fleece is on. This is a great product and well worth the price.

When purchasing this, I was under the assumption that it would look and work quite a bit differently. Maybe the description is misleading, or maybe I was just taking it out of context, who knows.I have an italian greyhound who is just over 6 months old and it's very difficult to find a sweater that works for her. It's either too short and won't reach down her back enough, or too wide and it slips off of her slender belly.
With this particular vest I thought I was getting a great deal because it said it would velcro around the waist. Great idea, but I thought it would have more than one option when it came to the velcro. By that, I mean that I thought I could adjust it further around her waist instead of being stuck with one place to velcro to. This made this vest a bit too large around her waist. I bought the medium, so thats the price I pay I suppose. It's just long enough, but if I had gotten the small that would fit around her, I'm sure it would be too short in length.
Other than that, since I bought the red one and the picture of this vest on amazon is a bit misleading...my dog ended up looking like she was imitating Santa. There is a white fleece trim around the waist (near the back) and around the arms of this. By this picture, I couldn't clearly see those or else I wouldn't have bought it. Sure, I'm not out to make my dog into a model and as long as the item serves it's purpose, looks don't matter but...it looked hideous.
That element tied in with the size just not working for my pooch is why I'm giving this a 3 star review. I'm sure this would work great for some other dogs, but if your dog has a build anything like the Italian Greyhound, it might not work well for you.
