I was excited to get find this, as I travel a lot with my dog. However, it arrived with ONLY the bag: no inner tub, no plastic tray, no bowls. Furthermore, the plastic lining of the bag is stained. The entire inside was missing. I just got the outer shell unfortunately it cannot be used as is.Not happy.
