I bought this product at Petsmart and I'm so glad I did. Our female boxer loves having her breakfast or dinner given to her in her satellite. When she sees us grab it she gets very excited and sits with a very waggy butt. We usually put 1/2 a cup in and then when she finishes that, the second 1/2 cup. It's a little harder to get the food into the top than I was expecting and the cleaning is a little challenging, but overall it's a great way to give your dog their breakfast or dinner. To comment on some of the other reviews, I definitely wouldn't leave your dog home alone all day with it. Because the toy is so rewarding, once the food is gone, many dogs will continue to try to get "more food" out of it. It's always a good idea to be around your dog with plastic toys like this one.

I purchased this because its a Kong Toy and they are known to hold up well. Some one really dropped the ball on this the plastic is so easily damaged. My 50 pound had this toy for under 20 min under SUPERVISION and its really beat up. She gets frustrated and chews on the plastic off shoots which are not durable plastic and very easily damaged. I could not even Fathom leaving it in her care for an hour or unsupervised.

I got this to keep my dog busy while I am gone, it was destroyed within an hour. I was hoping it would be more durable like all the other Kong items I have tried.

I have the Wobbler as well (seems a bit easier on my dog), but my dog just doesn't understand this toy nor does she have the confidence to bat it around unless I'm cheering her on and practically doing it for her, lol. That said, she is a 40lb Whippet/Boxer mix (who is very hard on toys and noms on large extreme kongs) and will pick it up, carry it to her bed, and the proceed to try and chew it like a normal kong or something. It has held up well, aside from some very deep tooth marks.

This is a great toy for sure and holds up well, but if your dog is rather unsure about things... I may hold off on purchasing it until your dog is a little more confident. It's something we're working on. One thing is, it is hard for the human to get the remaining food bits out if the dog leaves some in the dispenser. I don't have a clue on how to improve on that, so there's not much anyone can do other than just shake it.

My dog (Brittany) must have too much chewing power. She was able to chew the plastic and break pieces off, which I was afraid she would eat and cause harm. I have taken away from her and am going to throw away.
