I was looking for a smelly, tasty treat that could be broken into pieces for training. These treats definitely fit those requirements and the dogs love them. But I'm not happy with how crumbly they are, I feel like a bunch of them got crushed during shipping and they also leave crumbs in my pocket. I think I'll stick to Zuke's for fish treats.

My dog adores this treat! It's stunning stench makes it hard for him to think of anything else, so, when I really want his attention, or to distract him from something else, that's when I pull these stinkers out. I also l LOVE the fact that there is only one ingredient.

As an aside: I hope this is a safe product... my concern is with the ocean being so polluted as it is these days, that maybe this treat (if not well screened) could be, not so wonderful.

Aside from that thought; If you can stomach fish stench and you occasionally need to get your dog away, off, out of/from something annoying or naughty, this is the treat for you. If you have a nippy dog/puppy, this might be something you could use as you go up in levels with training him/her to lay off with the bite-y bite-y! If you're not training that nippy dog, this could be the treat that would get you nipped.
