The quality of the actual product is fine. The issue is in the packaging for mailing. I ordered three boxes. The top and bottom boxes were crushed, leaving the cookies as crumbs. The middle box was fine. There wasn't much cushioning for a fragile product. Our 3 English Setters prefer these dog treats to anything else (except meat). I read the ingredients and researched it a bit and then took a bite of one myself. Yum!!! Frankly, I could eat the whole box myself. These are a winner. Not as sweet as human cookies and full of wonderful flavor, tender crunchy. I approve!Every morning she has to have one. If I gave her one all day, I'd be buying these every week. She plays with it. It's so cute. I throw it down the hall, she goes running after it, then jumps all around it. I used to chase her like to try and get it from her, but she got too impatient for that. Soon as I throw it now, she eats it.
