My cat really enjoys the Greenies Dental Chews for Cats and I appreciate how great his teeth look. However, each time he takes one of the treats he gets the kitty crazies and starts running around the house like a mad man and it's very annoying and he claws everything and has about a 20 minute crack high from these treats. I'd like to know what ingredient they put in the treat that has this effect.
My cat is pretty calm in the mornings and is starting to relax from being up all night and I've isolated the treats to test if that's really what gets my cat going insane and it turns out that it's only after he has the treats.
Overall they're great but that's my only concern.

The breathe of my three year old cat wasn't very nice and I was reluctant to have his teeth cleaned by our Vet because a dear friend of mine lost a pet due to anesthesia for teeth cleaning. I ordered beef and salmon flavored greenies and he loves both flavors.
