35 seconds is not long enough in the microwave. Closer to 2-3 minutes is necessary for them to puff up. Smell good. Dog likes them. Cheaper to buy this way than pre-puffed.

I have two pitbulls with sensitive stomachs, so I have to be careful what I feed them. I first started with the original Himalayan chew, and while my dogs love them, they leave tiny/sharp pieces around everywhere, and eventually get whittled down to small pieces that they can choke on. When I saw the puffs, I decided to try them. They are SO cool.....the bigger pieces take longer than the recommended time to fully puff but they are fabulous! My dogs were so excited and kept sniffing around everywhere to make sure there were no more left to munch on. They were super crunchy, but still seemed lighter than the full blown Himalayan chew. I am so happy I bought these and will recommend these to everyone I know who has dogs. I will definitely be buying this product again!!! THe yaky yams are fabulous too!!!

My dogs love the yaky puffs, but they are expensive. I soak these nuggets in water, than microwave 1 at a time for 70 to 100 seconds to make my own yaky puffs.

These are too small, the large ones are much better and last longer and do not get lost. Buy some.

If you are worried about giving a small piece to your dog jut put it in the microwave for about 30 se until it puffs up. It becomes a wonderful puffy chew treat for your dog that they can finish completely.
